Cancellation & Refund Policy

ORIFOX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately or within 48 hours of payment made by the consumer.
  • In case of non-availability of access to the portal ( & its links, by the consumer, consumer has to report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained only if the consumer has not logged in multiple systems. This should be reported within Only same day or with 48 hours. In this case, we will not intiate refund but, we will rectify the issue, so that consumer can continue the studies. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by the ORIFOX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 3-5 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer
